At the same time Gov. Tom Wolf has urged state lawmakers to quickly pass his plan for safe and secure elections.

In releasing his fall agenda Aug. 25, Gov. Tom Wolf asked lawmakers to pass a bill legalizing recreational marijuana for adults. Wolf's proposal would direct the tax revenue from the sale of the drug to programs to help repair what he has called "the harm done to crime victims and communities as a result of marijuana criminalization."
