The New Jersey Senate on Monday approved a bill, named after a Penn State student killed on campus, to increase protections for victims of hazing, as well as measures aimed at helping Atlantic City, New Jersey, casinos navigate COVID-19, and to help stamp out sexual misconduct in state government.
