This year, the panelists tackled internal and external pressures on DEI efforts, with the external pressures being front and center in light of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions. Some talking points included how leadership roles can affect law firm diversity, how an inclusive culture at a firm is important, ways to educate firm leaders and finally, a look at sponsoring, mentoring and allyship efforts and how these endeavors put young diverse attorneys on the path to long-term success.
