U.S. District Judge Paul Gardephe of the Southern District of New York has approved a mass settlement that allows more than 400 former staffers of Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign to speak freely about their experiences on the job.

In a Wednesday order formalizing the terms of the settlement, Gardephe voided the nondisclosure and nondisparagement provisions of the employment agreements of the staff. The judge also permanently enjoined the defendant campaign from attempting to enforce the nonvalid provisions.
