A New York appellate court on Tuesday declined to dismiss the New York Attorney General’s $250 million fraud lawsuit against former President Donald Trump—but did toss the claims against his daughter Ivanka.

AG Letitia James filed the lawsuit last year, alleging Donald Trump, his three eldest children, and various Trump Organization executives and entities had engaged in wide-ranging fraud to misrepresent the value of their assets.
