U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York on Thursday raised concerns about FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s access to electronic devices in his parents’ home in California as he considered how to set new bail conditions for the indicted ex-cryptocurrency mogul.

Kaplan expressed skepticism about the government’s proposal to limit Bankman-Fried to one laptop and one cell phone, both of which would be set up with computer monitoring through the Office of Pretrial Services.
