Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel and Rosenberg & Estis sued the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority and other agencies Friday in New York Southern District Court on behalf of the owners of three Park Avenue properties impacted by a planned expansion of the Second Avenue Subway line between 96th Street and 125th Street in Manhattan.

The plaintiffs contend that government stalling, inaction and failure to follow correct procedures has resulted in the deprivation of their property interests. The case is 1:21-cv-09354, 1800 Fee Owner LLC et al v. Metropolitan Transportation Authority et al.
