A breach of contract suit is barreling down the tracks after a railroad freight company alleged a shipping client’s failure to properly secure cargo caused a nearly 30-mile-long materials leak.

As spotted on Law.com Radar, Florida-based CSX Transportation has filed a breach-of-contract suit against warehousing and storage company Seagate Handling Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
