Two Florida attorneys clinched a $6 million jury verdict after strategically working to “humanize” a foreign defendant who had to be absent from court during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mrachek Law attorneys Scott Konopka and Gregory Weiss represented a Switzerland resident, who was prohibited from getting a travel visa to come to the U.S. for trial at the height of a global health crisis.
