Law firms saw a drop in costs tied to health care claims this year, as fewer employees visited doctor’s offices or had elective medical procedures. But firms’ employee health care claims are expected to rise sharply next year to at least pre-pandemic levels, and experts are advising firms to start preparing now.

Aon, a global professional services firm, has concluded that 2021 could shape up more like a pre-pandemic than a post-pandemic year.
