Barry Nigro Jr. will soon rejoin Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson after a three-year stint at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, where he left as the second-highest ranking attorney in the department.

He will be reinstated as chair of Fried Frank’s global antitrust and competition division on Nov. 2, taking leadership of a practice where law firm leaders have been focusing a lot of strategic attention recently.
