The work around life sciences is strong and getting stronger. Goodwin Procter and Perkins Coie are the latest firms to add big-name laterals to their respective life sciences practices, as Goodwin has added former Duane Morris partner Delphine O’Rourke, while Perkins has onboarded recent University of San Diego School of Law dean and former Goodwin partner Stephen Ferruolo to its practice, the firms announced Monday.

O’Rourke, who was at Duane Morris for a little under two years, was previously the vice president of legal services and associate general counsel at $23 billion health care conglomerate Ascension, as well as a former judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
