CLE Center makes being compliant with Pennsylvania CLE requirements simple! Create an account then take the courses online and on-demand. Courses are given in easily digestible audio and video formats from our unique and respected sources. Pennsylvania requires that codes are given out during the program. Enter the codes at the end of the programs you CLE Center will report your credits for you!
Attorneys must complete all credits by their group deadline.

CLECenter.com reports all CLE credits taken online to the PA Continuing Legal Education Board. Please make sure you have updated your MCLE Profile to include your bar number so we can report the hours for you.
Attorneys in Pennsylvania can earn up to six (6) of their twelve (12) required CLE hours online including the two (2) required in ethics.
COVID-Related rule changes for 2021 Compliance Groups:
COVID-19 Rule Changes for 2021 Compliance Groups: On December 23, 2020, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an order permitting attorneys the ability to complete their 2021 compliance requirements with twelve (12) credits earned through accredited distance learning programming. PA CLE is in the process of updating its database to reflect this change on attorney transcripts.
Temporary Distance Learning Carry-Over Exception: The CLE Board has adopted temporary policy to allow distance-learning credits taken during the 2020-2021 compliance periods to carry forward as traditional credit. Distance learning credits taken during 2020-2021 compliance periods in excess the twelve (12) hours will be treated as traditional credit and carry over per Rule 108 (d) relating to carry over credits.
Attendance Validation: As required by PACLE, a verification code is embedded into each PA program to ensure that you have watched or listened to the program for which you are claiming CLE credit.
Reporting: CLE Center submits weekly reports. In order to ensure that all courses earned on CLECenter.com are reported in a timely manner please enter the attendance validation codes upon completion of the course.
Carry Over Credit Rule: PA attorneys may only carry forward CLE credits for LIVE general (substantive) courses. Additional credits earned through distance learning (on-demand viewing) cannot be carried over into the next compliance period.
