Ashurst secured the Next Generation Innovation award for establishing a new legal analyst role at its low-cost legal centre in Glasgow. Ashurst believes it is the only law firm to create such a position and therefore provide an alternative career path for law graduates to the traditional route of becoming a trainee solicitor. Legal analysts at the firm are tasked with making legal processes more efficient.
