Shell’s global litigation and downstream general counsel, Brad Nielson and Hans von der Linde, have stepped down after an internal promotion round, with two associate GCs taking on the roles.
Richard Hill, associate GC for global litigation, will succeed Nielson as GC for global litigation on 1 April.
