Irish duo, Slaughters and Cleary lead on IAG's €1.36bn Aer Lingus bid

Slaughter and May has joined Irish duo Arthur Cox and William Fry and US firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft on IAG’s €1.4bn (£1bn) takeover bid for Aer Lingus.
