Parabis Group claimant arm Cogent Law is set to make 24 fee earners redundant at its Croydon office in a phased programme spanning five months.
The cuts follow Parabis’ alternative business structure (ABS) ventures with Direct Line Group in March and with insurer Saga in January, leading to the transfer of more than three-quarters of Cogent Law’s claimant work to the ABSs.
