In a story published on the Legal Week website yesterday (23 July), it was incorrectly claimed that EPI Europrop – a company jointly owned by Rolls Royce – was taking legal action against Linklaters and Citibank.
EPI Europrop – a joint venture between Rolls Royce, Germany’s MTU Aero Engines, French aircraft and rocket engine manufacturer Snecma and Spain’s Industria de Turbo Propulsores – is not suing Linklaters, nor has it previously made a claim against Citibank.
