Eversheds has named corporate M&A and energy sector specialist Dani Kabbani as managing partner of the firm’s Doha office.
Kabbani (pictured), who has 17 years’ experience practicing law in Qatar, joined Eversheds as a partner in 2012 from Simmons & Simmons. He has worked with government bodies including sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs).
