Visa appoints risk chief to head the company's legal division

Visa has appointed chief risk officer Ellen Richey to head the financial services company’s legal division, replacing outgoing general counsel Josh Floum.

Richey will assume responsibility for both the risk and legal divisions while the company conducts a search for a new chief risk officer.
