Dentons has confirmed it is in merger talks with US firm McKenna Long & Aldridge, less than six months after completing the three-way tie up between SNR Denton, Salans and Canada’s Fraser Milner Casgrain.
A merger between Dentons and McKenna Long would create a 3,100 lawyer outfit, the third largest law firm on the planet by headcount.
