Dentons has released its first set of financial figures in the wake of the three-way merger which created the firm earlier this year, reporting broadly flat revenues and profit per equity partner (PEP).

The firm, which was formed this March by the combination of SNR Denton, Salans and Canada’s Fraser Milner Casgrain (FMC), has reported combined revenues of £829.7m, placing it among the top 20 global law firms by total earnings.
