Parabis Group has appointed the former head of general insurance at the Co-operative Banking Group to its board. David Neave, who was managing director of general insurance the Co-op Group from 2005 until February this year, joins insurance specialist Parabis as a non-executive director. He is the first board appointment made since the group converted to an alternative business structure in August 2012.
