The 10 largest law firms in France saw average turnover growth of more than 4% during the 2011-12 financial year, with international practices such as Clifford Chance (CC) and Baker & McKenzie among the fastest growers in the local market.

New research by French publication Juristes Associes shows that local firm Fidal remained top of the rankings, with revenues up 3.3% to €309.8m (£245m), followed by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, which saw turnover rise 5% to €153.2m (£105m).
