The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has revamped its management team, bringing in Alun Milford – currently head of organised crime at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) – as its new general counsel.

The move, which was announced on Wednesday (11 July), is a part of a bid by the recently-appointed director David Green QC to reform the agency, which has been criticised for procedural failings and lack of major convictions.
