Squire Sanders and Wragge & Co have landed roles on the €60m (£49m) acquisition of well-known bicycle brand Raleigh by Dutch manufacturer Accell Group.
Squire Sanders London corporate partner David Hull led a 30-strong team advising Raleigh on issues including tax, property and antitrust law, while Wragges took the lead role for Accell with a team headed up by partner Julian Henwood.
