A trio of leading Australian firms have advised on a $28bn (£18bn) deal which has seen a consortium of oil companies agree to finance an Australian liquefied natural gas (LNG) project, reports The Asian Lawyer. Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell, Apache and Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration are sponsors of the Wheatstone LNG project in Western Australia, which will comprise LNG processing and transport facilities.
