Solicitors, whether in-house or working in private practice and at all levels of seniority, seem to have stood still in terms of remuneration over the past couple of years. Data collected on lawyers’ salaries and bonuses this year in the Hays Salary Survey, conducted in association with Legal Week, indicates that increases from last year are either minimal or non-existent.
