Eversheds Cambridge senior partner Ian Mather is leaving the firm after 28 years to join Mills & Reeve. Mather is set to join Mills & Reeve's Cambridge employment practice on 1 April. His appointment brings the total number of partners at the national firm to 94. Mather joined Eversheds in September 1982 and has been senior partner in the firm's Cambridge office for the last five years. He previously headed the office's employment team for 11 years.
