“I am four years qualified as an employment lawyer, and currently work at a large regional firm. I’m interested in working in Europe (possibly Spain as I speak Spanish) as an employment lawyer, but I’m not sure whether my experience as a solicitor in England and Wales will count for much.
“Does anyone know what I would need to do to practise as an employment lawyer in Europe and what options there might be for me? For example, would I need to qualify locally, or could I work at an international level? What sort of experience in employment law would I need? Any tips and help would be much appreciated…”
