Allen & Overy (A&O) has overhauled its banking practice in a shake-up that has seen a number of the firm's senior finance partners move to Canary Wharf.The magic circle law firm last month moved its leveraged finance team from its headquarters in the City to the firm's Canary Wharf outpost, where it is now split between the structured and asset finance group and its project finance group.
