Clifford Chance (CC) has lost another partner in the US, with Latham & Watkins recruiting investment management partner Brynn Peltz. Peltz, who joined CC's corporate practice as a partner in the funds group in 2006, will joins Latham as a partner in the US firm's corporate department. Her experience includes advising financial institutions, private equity and hedge funds on matters including fund formations, offerings and registrations as well as regulatory and compliance issues.
