Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and CMS Cameron McKenna have landed plum roles advising on the management buyout of hardware chain Robert Dyas.

BLP advised the retailer’s management on the deal, which will see senior management take over the company. Partners Ben Larkin and Marcus Jamson led the firm’s team advising management including managing director Steven Round and new non-executive chairman and turnaround specialist Ian Gray.
