The Law Society has formed a partnership with IT and business services company Logica, agreeing a £12m five-year outsourcing contract. The deal, which was announced today (19 March) will gift the Law Society a 25% reduction in IT outsourcing costs, in line with its strategy of a centralised delivery of IT services.In addition, Logica will participate in the Law Society's IT leadership team to discuss IT and business issues, as well as giving Logica the opportunity to participate in further initiatives to upgrade the Law Society's infrastructure and business systems.
