White & Case has elected a new member for its partnership committee, with a Paris partner winning the seat. Paris tax partner Norbert Majerholc will take the space left by the January departure of New York M&A partner Tim Goodell. Around five candidates were eligible for voting in the initial round, including one other European partner - Berlin M&A head Joerg Kraffel. The remaining nominees are all believed to have come from the firm's US offices. It is understood that no London partners were nominated.
