Lovells has appointed a new managing partner for its Munich office with Stefan Schuppert set to take on the role from the beginning of next month (1 March). Schuppert takes over from Christoph Hiltl, who has managed the office for the past nine-and-a-half years and who will now return to full-time fee earning in the corporate commercial group.IT and intellectual property (IP) partner Schuppert joined the office in 1996, making partner in 2000. His practice focuses on advising companies in the information technology and new media sectors on matters such as IP, contract law and data protection.
