Raleys has been found guilty of breaching the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct on four counts out of six for its conduct relating to miners’ compensation claims, the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) has ruled.

Six partners at the Barnsley-based firm have been punished for breaking their code of practice. The tribunal also found that an agreement the firm made with claims firm Zuko Legal and the National Union of Mineworkers broke the rules of the Code.
