The London branch of US class action specialist Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll has joined forces with spin-off firm Hausfeld. The link-up, which gifts Hausfeld its first presence outside of the US, will be formalised later this month (11 February) when the London office takes up its new branding.Cohen Milstein's three-partner City branch, which is headed by Rob Murray, began talks with Hausfeld following founding partner Michael Hausfeld's controversial departure form Cohen Milstein in November.
