Osborne Clarke (OC) has signed up to a £50m deal with an outsourcing company to create the UK’s first onshore shared services centre.

OC has agreed a seven-year deal with knowledge and legal process outsourcing company Integreon to provide support services for the UK top 30 law firm. As part of the agreement, around 75 OC business services staff, as well as former Osborne Clarke chief operating officer Chris Bull, will join the Intergreon UK onshore centre in Bristol from the beginning of next month.
