Withers has strengthened its contentious trusts and succession group with the hire of Ziva Robertson from Mourant du Feu & Jeune. Robertson, who moved on 1 January, specialises in complex, cross-jurisdictional trust disputes, both onshore and offshore.In her previous role Robertson led Mourant's Cayman Islands trust litigation practice and had previously served as Charles Russell's head of trust litigation between 2000 and 2004.Withers managing partner Margaret Robertson told Legal Week: "We do a lot of work offshore and having someone who is Cayman-qualified and knows the ropes is very important. Having someone of Ziva's calibre will allow us to compete more effectively in the market."
