"My secretary is terrible. I have to send back each piece of work at least three or four times (sometimes many more) as she doesn't pick up on my corrections, or just gets things plain wrong. She writes things which don't make any sense, even to someone without legal training, and I have to spend a disproportionate amount of my time correcting her mistakes and proofreading (and re-proofreading). What should I do? She must know I am not impressed, as I am forever going back and pointing out her mistakes (which I have so far done in a very nice way)."
