Lloyd-Williams has been at Herbert Smith since 1991, spending the majority of his time in Hong Kong as the head of construction and arbitration in the region, as well as a five-year spell as Hong Kong managing partner.The contentious construction practice consists of four partners in London - including Lloyd-Williams - one in Bangkok and one in Dubai, with clients including London Underground, Chevron and Halliburton.
