White & Case is boosting its Singapore-based India practice with the transfer of Washington DC-based William Kirschner. Kirschner, who is set to make the switch early next year (5 January), is a partner in the firm's M&A and India practice groups. He specialises in cross-border private equity and corporate finance transactions involving emerging markets in Asia.
