Stephenson Harwood has bolstered its intellectual property (IP) practice with the hire of Clifford Chance (CC) lawyer Eifion Morris. Morris joined the firm last week (1 December) as a partner from CC where he had been a senior associate for three years.Prior to his time at CC, Morris worked for Gouldens, where he qualified in 1998. He has experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. He has advised corporates such as Glaxo Wellcome, Gap, Camelot and Barclays on IP disputes.
