The top 10 City firm is advising the management shareholders of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Capital Markets (KSFCM) on their acquisition of the outstanding shares in parent bank Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander, which is now in administration. The newly-independent business has been renamed Singer Capital Markets.
