DLA Piper has bolstered its regulatory and litigation practice with the hire of former Burges Salmon competition partner Andrij Jurkiw. The appointment, announced today (19 November), will see Jurkiw join the firm's London office as a partner in the contentious team.His practice will see him handling major competition investigations and litigation as well as helping to develop competition team's contentious practice.He specialises in dawn raids, OFT investigations and competition inquiries across sectors including construction, financial services, specialist chemicals and transport.
