Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is set to double the number of partners in its Milan office - with the hire of a team of lawyers from local firm Vita Samory Fabbrini & Associati. The US firm is taking on five corporate partners from the Italian firm with effect from 1 January. The group comprises name partner Luca Fabbrini and partners Guido Testa, Francesco Seassaro, Giovanni Carcaterra and Paolo Carriere. The number of associates to follow from the Italian firm - which has only 11 partners in total - is still being negotiated.
