Stephenson Harwood has bolstered its international arbitration capabilities with the hire of a new partner from regional practice Howes Percival. Louis Flannery, who was a partner at Howes Percival for five years, joined Stephenson Harwood last month - becoming the latest in a string of partners to depart the regional firm's Milton Keynes office.Flannery, who is a solicitor advocate, has also previously practised at SJ Berwin and Wedlake Bell.
