O'Melveny & Myers has bolstered its investment funds and securitisation practice with a double hire. Kenneth Yellen and Demetrios Xistris, have joined the firm's Washington and New York offices respectively. Yellen joins the firm's Washington DC office as a partner, while Xistris joins the firm's New York office as senior counsel.
