UK managing partner Bryan Hughes is tipped to be a front-runner in the leadership race which kicked off last week (15 August), as the firm selects a new chief executive to replace Gray.Gray, who has held the post of chief exec for five years after taking over from David Ansbro in May 2003, is stepping down in order to spend more time with his family.
